Thank you for choosing St Agnes' Convent School for your child’s education. Please read our refund policy carefully before proceeding with the admission form and payment.

1. Application Fees

The Application/Registration Fee paid during the admission form process are non-refundable under any circumstances.

These fees are charged to cover administrative expenses related to processing applications.

2. Online Payment Failures/Duplicates

In case of duplicate transactions or payment failures where the amount has been debited but not credited to the school's account, parents are required to report such cases immediately to the school along with payment proof.

Upon verification with our payment gateway/bank, a full refund or payment adjustment will be made.

3. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer to the parent's account within 15-30 business days from the date of approval.
